Anyone in Kirklees who receives benefits, such as council tax or housing benefit, or certain types of tax credit, qualifies for the card.

Full-time students over 16, people with a disability and those who are registered as unemployed are also eligible.

The Passport costs 2-3 a card per year and gives savings on things like sport and leisure, car parking, adult education courses and even some driving lessons and high street shops.
