Police appeal after boy, 10, tied to tree

The assault took place at around 5.30pm on Monday May 18 when the boy was tied to a tree at the top of Anne Street, Wilton.

The suspect has been described as about 15-years-old with blue eyes and blonde hair, which was short but curly at the rear and styled up at the front.

He wore a black t-shirt with a grey breast pocket and red joggers who walked off up Laurel Drive.
