Police priorities and the new crime plan will be top of the agenda at Thursday’s Spen Valley Area Committee.

Guest speaker will be West Yorkshire’s Police and Crime Collissioner Mark Burns-Williams who will outline how he is working with partners to make communities safer.

The area committee will then consider applications from local organisations for funding.

Chairman Coun Steve Hall said: “The area committee is pleased to have the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner attend the meeting to discuss policing and crime with the area committee and members of the public. Everyone is welcome to attend.”
