Police deal with threatening behaviour at industrial estate

Two police cars and four officers were in a yard in Mill Street East after a confrontation between a member of the public and a Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) official.

Inspector Jenny Thompson of Dewsbury and Mirfield Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Police were called to reports of threatening behaviour at Mill Street East at 1.22pm. The incident remains ongoing.”
