Police investigate five car smash in Gomersal
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a five car collision that happened in Gomersal last night.
The crash happened at around 5pm on Oxford Road last night and involved a white mini, a grey Vauxhall Zafira, blue Vauxhall Astra a white VW van and a white Renault Kangaroo van.
The driver of the mini, a man in his early 20s was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with head injuries and is believed to be in a serious but stable condition in hospital. No-one else was hurt in the incident.
The mini itself is believed to have been reported stolen from Elland last week, and police say enquiries are ongoing.
