The tournament, which is now just over two weeks away, will also host a raffle, with Huddersfield Town, Sheffield Steelers and Dewsbury Rams kindly donating prizes.

Batley and Birstall News reporter and demon stepover-merchant Michael Muncaster said: “We have had great support from clubs and businesses, who have kindly donated some great prizes.

“The tournament is not too far away and the excitement is building up in the office and we are looking forward to a great afternoon.”

Medals and a trophy for the winners of the tournament have also been donated by Pennine Trophies in Heckmondwike.

Photographer and penalty-save king Jake Oakley said: “I’m really pleased with the progress we’ve made the tournament. Not only have we had lots of great prizes donated for our raffle but we have also got a great trophy for teams to battle it out for!”

Dewsbury Rams mascot Roger Ram will also make a special guest appearance at the tournament.
