Rare trailer, one of only six ever made, missing – but it could have been stolen as long ago as November 2013

Police are trying to track down a rare trailer – that was stolen some time between November 2013 and April 1 this year.

The green and white French Pomiers Euro Trailer was stolen from Pheasant Drive, Birstall.

It is one of only six ever made.

The trailer, which was manufactured in 2010, is worth £120,000 and is used to carry concrete for road maintenance work.

It has the serial number B0153736 and vehicle ID number ZA687114.

PC Harry Tennant, from Batley and Spen NPT, said: “We are trying to locate this distinctive trailer which was stolen from a commercial premises in Batley.

“A large vehicle would have been needed to tow this away so we are appealing for anyone who may have seen this happening, or know where this trailer is now to contact Batley and Spen NPT on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111”.
