More than 100 riders took part in the second instalment of a Tour de France inspired bike ride.
The first Tour de Roberttown took place last year when the world’s biggest event came to Yorkshire and organisers were keen to build on its success.
The riders were led out by organiser Richard Bamforth and cycling legend Brian Robinson, who was the first Brit to win a stage of the Tour de France.
Community cycling group Streetbikes checked the riders’ bikes ahead of the race, which finished at Roberttown Community Centre with coffee and cake.
And the children who took part were given a commemorative scroll by Mr Robinson.
Local police community support officers and representatives from the Yorkshire Air Ambulance were also on site to offer their support.
