Three arrested in Mirfield after helicopter pursuit
Three men were arrested in Mirfield on suspicion of theft after being tracked down by a police helicopter.
The men had been seen interfering with a Vauxhall Vectra in Wilson Terrace at around 2am this morning.
Police were called when the trio were spotted inside the car.
They left apparently without taking anything, but were tracked by the helicopter and arrested near Littlemoor Road.
The 21-year-old and two 24-year-olds are in custody as enquiries continue.
