Update: Two held over baby death
Two people arrested following the death of a baby girl on Monday are still being questioned.
The 19-year-old woman and 21-year-old man were arrested following the death of the four-month-old.
Police had been called to an address in Foldings Avenue, Scholes, after receiving reports of concern for safety for a baby.
The baby was pronounced dead at the scene.
A police spokesman said today a warrant for further detention had been obtained and the pair were still being questioned.
