Yorkshire Sculpture Park voted Yorkshire’s third ‘Most Magnificent Attraction’
The park, which currently has a display of ceramic poppies, came third in the Yorkshire’s Most Magnificent Attraction competition which is voted for by members of the public.
For the second year running Flamingo Land Resort, near Malton, walked away with the top prize, winning 60 per cent of the vote. Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Doncaster, came second in the poll and Hull’s The Deep was placed in fourth place.

“The top four venues, as voted for by the public during this process, are truly reflective of the range of high class attractions available to people living in or visiting Yorkshire.
“Many have made significant investments in developments to further improve their offering to visitors and Yorkshire really can count itself lucky to have such a variety and volume of superb visitor attractions on its doorstep.”
