- There is very slow traffic on the M1 northbound between junction 39 at Durkar and junction 42 at Lofthouse.

- There is also slow traffic on the M62 westbound between junction 32A at Ferrybridge and junction 30 at Rothwell.

- There will be strong to gale force winds across the area today with showers this afternoon. The highest temperature will be 6°C.
