East Bierley slipped into the Bradford League Premier Division relegation zone after suffering a 23-run defeat to Farsley last Saturday.
Danish Hussain (4-49) and Luke Jarvis (3-63) worked hard with the ball for East Bierley but Farsley posted 224-9 as South African opener James Price led from the front with a fine innings of 75.
Farsley looked on course for an emphatic win when they reduced their visitors to 97-6, but Bjorn Taylor hit a spirited 48 before Matthew Lumb (32) and Jarvis (32) shared a ninth-wicket stand of 51.
Bierley were eventually bowled out for 201 and are now level on 126 points with third-bottom Bradford & Bingley but have won one game fewer than the Wagon Lane side.
Morley climbed clear of the drop zone following a six-wicket victory over Bingley.
Opening bowler Matthew Dowse (4-26) did the early damage before James McNichol mopped up the tail with 3-9 as Bingley were dismissed for 102 with opener Jack Edgar (43) playing the only innings of note.
Colin Nuthall took over as captain several weeks ago and Morley ensured he left for an extended holiday to his native Australia on a winning note.
Morley eased to victory with 32.1 overs to spare as Matthew Baxter, who will resume his role as captain, saw them home with an unbeaten 34, depite Yassir Abbas taking 3-44.
