Warnock gets his man as goalkeeper signs

LEEDS United have completed the much talked about signing of Paddy Kenny from QPR.

Goalkeeper Kenny has completed his transfer for an undisclosed sum believed to be somewhere in the region of £500,000.

The 34-year-old joins on a three-year contract after being been allowed to leave Loftus Road once QPR manager Mark Hughes brought in England international Robert Green on a free transfer from West Ham.

It will be the fourth time he has worked with manager Neil Warnock after the pair were previously together at Bury, Sheffield United and QPR.

Kenny won promotion with the Blades and Rangers and now has his eyes set on a hat-trick.

He becomes Leeds’ fourth signing of the summer, following defenders Jason Pearce and Adam Drury and midfielder Paul Green.
