Jenny has high hopes for 2013

The workshop was part of the ‘On Camp with Kelly’ programme, under the guidance of Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes.

Jenny said: “The highlights of the day were being put through my paces in a Kelly Holmes style circuit and having the chance to catch up with the ‘On Camp with Kelly’ family.

“A huge thank you to Kelly, Aviva, and her team for all the support and guidance I’ve been given over the past year. It has helped me grow not only as an athlete but as a person.”

During the workshop young athletes were given advice on using social media, such as twitter and facebook.

Jenny is now concentrating on the upcoming winter season before aiming for further success on the track next summer.

The Liversedge athlete added: “It was another great day with ‘On Camp with Kelly’ providing me with the boost I needed going into the winter season.

“The workshop helped remind me of my goals and what I need to do to achieve them and I also learnt about the possible advantages and pitfalls of social media.”
