Kate reaches final
KATE Hutchinson reached the final of the 200m Individual Medley at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi, this morning, Monday October 4, the first day of competition at the event.
The Dewsbury swimmer, formerly a student at Heckmondwike Grammar School, is representing England at the Games, she was eighth in the final in a time of two minutes 15.750 seconds.
The winner of the gold medal was Alicia Coutts of Australia in 2-09-700,
Earlier in the heats Kate finished third in a time of 2-15.900.
