Moor in HW Brown final

DEWSBURY Moor will bid to sign off their season with silverware as they face Pennine League rivals Ossett Trinity in the Jim Brown Heavy Woollen Cup final.

Moor reached the final, which is at Batley Bulldogs’ Mount Pleasant ground next Wednesday (7pm) after winning 48-44 at Batley Boys last Saturday.

On Wednesday June 8 Dewsbury Celtic meet Shaw Cross Sharks in the John Kane Cup final at Batley Bulldogs (7pm).

Celtic’s RL Conference National side slipped to second in the table last week after their first loss of the season at Valley Cougars. Celtic bid to get back on track tomorrow at home to Hemel Stags (2.30pm).

In the Yorkshire Premier West Division Shaw Cross meet Parkside Hawks at the South Leeds Stadium.
