Moorlands triumph across the Pennines
David Winn claimed 5-42 and Chris Lloyd 4-48 as Moorlands dismissed the Lancashire side for 206, despite the efforts of G Buckley (98) and G Simpson (45).
W Binns made 45 in reply but Moorlands lost eight wickets and were grateful for the efforts of Lloyd, who finished 30 not out, to steer the Mirfield side to an important two-wicket victory.

Hide AdHeckmondwike and Carlinghow secured a six-run win over Leymoor in the Huddersfield Central League Premier Section last Saturday.
Matthew Crowther top scored with 30 but Heckmondwike were bowled out for 110.
Jonathan Elstub (4-16), Javed Iqbal (3-38) and Jonathan Redick (2-18) bowled terrific spells in reply as Leymoor were dismissed for 104.
Victory leaves Heckmondwike and Carlinghow third, level on 89 points with Mount, who defeated Netherton by eight wickets.

Hide AdJ Delair returned impressive figures of 6-29 as Netherton were bowled out for 110 and Mount eased to 111-2 with U Sacha making 60.
Heckmondwike and Carlinghow B were bowled out for 91 and slipped to an eight wicket defeat to Edgerton and Dalton B in Section A as Brian Hill claimed both wickets.
Mount B are top of Section A despite suffering a 104-run defeat to Birchencliffe A, who posted 193-8 with J Lewis (79) top scoring, despite S Rawat claiming 5-44.
Mount were bowled out for 89 in reply.
