Not only did 12 new racing bikes arrive but the club gained five trophies at the Yorkshire Individual, hosted by Heckmondwike at their Firth Park track and featuring teams from Sheffield and Hull.

Hide AdSunday proved to be an even better day when the side travelled to Hull for the Northern 4s League.
Heckmondwike won the round against teams from Stockport, Hull and Bury.
The event was close from start to finish with Heckmondwike taking the lead several times before going into the last race equal on 40 points with Stockport and only two ahead of Bury.
Jack Lush needed to win and Ryan Livesey come third for Stockport to win the eague by half a point.

Hide AdIn the end it was Bury who clinched the league by half a point even though they finished third on the day.
Result: Heckmondwike 44, Stockport 44, Bury 41, Hull 31.
