Nostalgia: Former Batley police chief commemorated D-Day
An ex-Batley police chief was preparing to commemorate D-Day with a display of replica models.
Harry Jones, pictured at the Batley News office, made models of the World War II tanks and armoured cars.
The replicas were made to commemorate the 40th anniversary of-D Day on June 6 1984.
