Nostalgia: Wilton girls meet Mayoress
Girls from the Wilton Estate in Batley visited the town hall to meet with Mayoress Mrs E Haigh in 1964.
They handed over sums raised for Scope during their summer holidays.
After the girls were congratualted and formalities ceased, they chatted in the Mayor’s Parlour.
