Savile Town will meet Kismat in the Dewsbury District League Section A Cup final at Batley CC on Sunday August 7.
Savile Town overcame New Sanam by 94 runs in their semi-final last week, while Kismat edged to a three-wicket win over Al Murad.
Hassan Alhab (32), Hassan Patel (30) and Nazakhat Hussain (29) all made useful contributions as Savile Town posted 188-9, with Mohammed Shafiq (4-28) pick of the Sanam bowlers.
Sanam were dismissed for 94 in reply as Zahid Shah claimed 4-28, while Nazakhat Hussain followed up his efforts with the ball by claiming 3-16 to see Savile Town into next month’s final.
Al Murad were bowled out for 180 in the other semi-final, despite Nazir Patel (47) and Mohammed Data (42) leading the way.
Ismail Haji (2-22) and Ismail Adam (2-31) were the most impressive Kismat bowlers.
Intikhab Rawat claimed 2-28 in reply as Al Murad threatened victory by picking up seven wickets.
Ayaz Seedat (34) and Moosa Bhoola (33) helped Kismat chip away at the target before Junaid Delair saw them across the finish line as he ended 39 not out.
The Section B Cup final will also be held at Batley CC on August 14 when Dewsbury Elite meet KK.
The competition has taken on a group format with the top two from each section progressing.
KK are through to the final after last week’s opponents Birkby All Stars conceded their final group game.
Dewsbury Elite booked their place in the final with a closely fought 14-run win over Shaheen.
Elite posted 183-8 but it appeared Shaheen would challenge the total until they fell short on 169-9.
Azad earned a comfortable eight-wicket win over Driftwood in the other group game but it wasn’t enough to see them progress.
Asif Sheraz hit 31 as Azad chased down Driftwood’s 88 all out with ease.
